Head Pizza Chef
Lead our kitchen team in crafting Giordanos' signature deep-dish pizzas and seasonal specials. As Head Pizza Chef, you'll oversee food quality, manage prep workflows, train junior kitchen staff, and collaborate with management to develop new menu items that uphold our legendary giordanos standards.
Key Requirements:
- 3+ years professional kitchen experience
- Deep-dish pizza expertise preferred
- Food Safety Manager Certification
- Team leadership skills
- Ability to work evenings & weekends
Restaurant Manager
Oversee daily restaurant operations, lead a team of front-of-house and back-of-house staff, and ensure every guest has an outstanding experience. You'll manage scheduling, inventory, customer relations, and work closely with the regional director to hit performance goals while maintaining the quality Giordanos is known for.
Key Requirements:
- 2+ years restaurant management experience
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- POS system proficiency
- Inventory management knowledge
- Bachelor's degree (preferred)
Front-of-House Server
Be the face of the Giordanos dining experience. As a server, you'll welcome guests, guide them through our menu with enthusiasm, take orders accurately, and ensure every table receives warm, attentive service that keeps diners coming back for more of our beloved giordanos pizza.
Key Requirements:
- Previous serving experience a plus
- Friendly, outgoing personality
- Strong multitasking ability
- Weekend & holiday availability
- BASSET certification (or willingness to obtain)
Digital Marketing Coordinator
Drive Giordanos' online presence through compelling social media content, email campaigns, and digital advertising. You'll manage our brand voice across platforms, coordinate with designers and photographers, analyze performance metrics, and help us reach new audiences who haven't yet discovered why giordano's is Chicago's most iconic pizza.
Key Requirements:
- 1–3 years digital marketing experience
- Social media & content creation skills
- Google Analytics proficiency
- Email marketing platform experience
- Food/hospitality background preferred
Delivery Driver
Deliver fresh, hot Giordanos meals directly to our customers' doors with a smile. As a delivery driver, you represent the final impression of our brand — making timely, accurate, and friendly deliveries while maintaining the quality standards that define the Giordanos name.
Key Requirements:
- Valid driver's license & clean record
- Reliable personal vehicle
- Knowledge of Chicago metro area
- Customer service mindset
- Smartphone for navigation & order app
