Founded in 1974 on Chicago's South Side by Italian immigrants Efren and Joseph Boglio, giordano's was born from a heartfelt recipe passed down by their mother, Mama Giordano. She called her creation "Easter Pie" — a stuffed masterpiece layered with cheese, fresh ingredients, and love.
Today, Giordanos stands as a true Chicago institution, renowned across the United States for our signature stuffed deep dish pizza. Every pie we make honors that original recipe — slow-baked, generously filled, and served with the same warmth our founders brought to every table.
